…but at Compton Verney Art Gallery, it also brought forth a remarkable union of love. Nestled amidst the serene Warwickshire countryside, Compton Verney played host to a mesmerizing wedding that combined art, history, and the timeless elegance of a vintage car. I had the privilege of capturing every magical moment of Jess & Josh’s unforgettable day, and I’m thrilled to share the highlights with you.
Compton Verney Art Gallery, with its grandeur and rich history, provided an exquisite backdrop for this April wedding. The gallery’s historic architecture and stunning landscape exuded an air of refinement and romance that perfectly complemented the couple’s vision for their special day.
Jess looked like a princess in her gown, adorned with a gorgeous pearled headband. Josh exuded sophistication in a fabulous burgundy velvet tuxedo. The couple’s meticulous planning, which began pre-COVID, resulted in a day that was nothing short of extraordinary.
The ceremony took place in the white walled, light filled stunning chapel of Compton Verney, setting the stage for a day filled with romance and beauty. Following the vows, the couple embarked on a vintage car ride to the art gallery, where an intimate legal ceremony sealed the deal with only their immediate family.
The wedding breakfast room was a testament to style and creativity, adorned with suspended balloons that added a whimsical touch to the atmosphere. With candles as favours and a palette of soft sage the room was simply dreamy.
As the day turned into night, a saxophone player took the dance floor, ensuring that the celebration continued in full swing. I left them all partying the night away but not before we snuck off in the dark to the chapel with its striking night time lighting and to play about with some flash shots and some champagne spray!
This pair have truly become pals of mine and I wish them all the love in the world!
